- Create recurring prices of $149, $199, and $249 per month
- Create one Payment Link for each price
- Paste all three links into
script.js - Enable the customer portal for payment updates, invoices, and cancellation
- Prevent duplicate active subscriptions when possible
- Set the successful-payment redirect to
/thank-you.html - Deactivate the $149 link after 11:59 p.m. Eastern on October 18
- Deactivate the $199 link after 11:59 p.m. Eastern on November 14
Membership operations
- Confirm the monthly live-training schedule
- Decide whether replays are included and how long they remain available
- Finalize the monthly challenge submission method, deadline, response format, and timing
- Add the community platform and access link
- Add the resource-library platform and access link
- Add Courageous Conversations app access instructions
- Choose the support email address
Brand and legal
- Replace the AB headshot placeholder with Dr. Amber’s professional headshot
- Add the final logo if one will be used
- Replace the placeholder contact email in the footer
- Finalize terms and conditions
- Finalize privacy policy
- Finalize cancellation and refund policy
- Add real testimonials only if permission has been confirmed
Tracking and email
- Connect the preferred analytics tool to the existing CTA events
- Connect successful checkout tracking
- Load the welcome email into the chosen email platform
- Test each checkout link, confirmation redirect, receipt, welcome email, and customer portal
- Test the landing page and checkout on phone and desktop
